    AmeriCorps*VISTA Fundraising & Outreach Coordinator  

     
    This is a 12 month AmeriCorps*VISTA position that will coordinate special fundraising events and volunteers to support ReSOURCE programs and community services. This position will work from our Burlington location. Specific goals of this position will be to:
     
    Assist with creation, implementation and evaluation of outreach/fundraising events
    Develop corporate partner relationships to generate in-kind and other donations
    Assist in recruiting and coordinating volunteers to support fundraising events and goals
     
    Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
    College degree
    Professional experience through employment or volunteer positions
    Passion for ReSOURCE’s mission
    Comfort speaking to individuals and groups

     
    This position is dependent on approval of a grant from YouthBuild USA. If approved the candidate will be selected by May 29.  A pre-service orientation is required in Boston July 28 – August 2. The position will start at ReSOURCE on August 5.

    Each AmeriCorps*VISTA member will receive a living allowance, paid by YouthBuild USA on a bi-weekly basis, based on the local poverty rate. Upon completion of a term of service, an AmeriCorps*VISTA member can choose either a $5,550 AmeriCorps Segal Education Award or an end of service stipend of $1,500.

    Pick Up and Delivery Driver  

     
    Join an outstanding reuse team diverting reusable materials from the landfills!   This position will be based out of our Burlington location and will work Saturdays driving to our Morrisville location.   This will consist of an 8-10 hour day picking up and dropping off household goods, building materials and appliances to homes in Lamoille County.  
     
    This is a part-time, Saturday position. Some additional hours may be needed based on coverage needs.

     
    Minimum Qualifications:
    This position requires experience driving a large truck, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, strength to lift up to 150 pounds throughout the day and politeness when entering customers' homes.
